REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The conference Registration Form should be used when registering for the conference and accompanying persons program. Please note that registration is only confirmed once payment has been received:

(ii) Conference fee includes:

- Attendance of all Conference Sessions
- Conference Material
- EUREKA Proceedings
- All Coffee Breaks and Lunch for one day

(iii) Conference fee includes:

- Certificate of Attendance
- Notepad

 

For each accepted paper, at least one of its authors should be registered (as "Author" or as "Author - Member of GCS"), in order for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.

PAYMENT

Payment should be made in advance of the Conference only by bank transfer. On site payment at Conference will not be accepted.

CONFIRMATION

Confirmation of registration will be sent to all delegates whose payment has been received.
